David L. Cornelius

Chief Executive Officer

Dave is one of the founding members of Computer Support Services, Inc.; Dave is a board member as well as acting Chief Executive Officer.  Dave provides long term strategic direction for the company as well guidance to internal operations.  Dave's extensive background in technology and business solutions have helped shape the direction of the company for decades.  Dave graduated from King's College with a degree in business and lives with his family in the Lewisburg, Pennsylvania area.

Thomas A. Erickson

President

Tom is also a board member and the President of CSSI.  Tom joined the company in the late 1980's and brings many years of experience in enterprise technology including content management solutions.  Tom is the vision behind CoreIntegrator®, CSSI's workflow and content management solutions, and has helped fuel the growth of the product over the last decade. Tom graduated from Penn State University with a degree in business and lives with his family in the Hershey, Pennsylvania area.

Delmar R. Ritter

Board Member

Del is one of the founding members of Computer Support Services, Inc. and although recently retired, he continues to serve on the board of directors as an active member.  During Del's tenure at CSSI, he helped grow and manage the bar coding and data collection division within CSSI which has become a key factor in CSSI's ongoing success.  Del is enjoying retirement and continues to live with his family in the Middleburg, Pennsylvania area.

John Fairis

Board Member

John joined CSSI's board in 2009 and has brought more than 38 years of experience as a senior financial executive of several privately held firms.  John's knowledge in finance and business including experience in acquisitions brings valuable insight to helping CSSI expand into growing markets.  John is also on the board of several charitable organizations.  John has a degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois and enjoys retirement with his wife in Palmyra, Virginia.

John Dame

Board Advisor

John is the President and CEO of Dame Management Strategies, Inc. as well as regional Chairman for the Vistage organization, the world's largest CEO membership organization.  John has participated as a Board Advisor for CSSI for several years and provides valuable guidance and strategic insight to the company. John attended Penn State University and has a degree in marketing and lives with his family in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area.

Narendra Venugopal

Managing Director, CSSI Global

Naren joins CSSI Global Technologies as the Managing Director of our newest office located in Bangalore, India.  Naren has extensive experience as a product consultant for enterprise class BPM (workflow) products with several global technology leaders.  With Naren's leadership and industry knowledge,  he will be responsible for managing and growing the CSSI Global operations throughout the Indian and Middle East marketplace. Naren has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications and lives with his family in Bangalore, India

Jeffrey K. Creighton

Vice President of Operations

As a successful entrepreneur and business owner, Jeff joined CSSI in 2008 to help with the ongoing expansion of CSSI and has been instrumental in establishing CSSI Global Technologies, Pvt. Ltd. and opening our first international office in Bangalore, India.  Jeff is also responsible for CSSI's day to day operations as well as managing many key partner relationships.  Jeff graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Liberal Arts and lives with his family in the Lewisburg area.

Annette A. Sauers

Corporate Secretary/Treasurer

Annette has been with CSSI for more than 25 years and has played a key role in many areas of the company.  For the last 5 years, Annette has assumed significant responsibilities in the accounting and finance area of the company and provides valuable analysis and reporting to the management team while ensuring the company remains fiscally responsible and financially secure.  Annette lives with her family in the Lewisburg area.

Edward Dame

Manager of Professional Services

Ed joined CSSI in 2008 coming from a large defense contractor in the Washington D.C. area.  Ed manages the professional services team and has oversight to all major projects as well as coordination of resources for CSSI's research and development department.  Ed has many years of software development experience and plays a key role in determining the direction of technology for CSSI.  Ed graduated from Penn State University and lives with his family in the Lewisburg, Pennsylvania area.
